Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers
If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right:
Contact us via info@glolace.com within 14 days of delivery.
Clearly state your intent to withdraw and include your order number.
You are responsible for returning the product to the return address listed above.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, a full refund will be issued within 14 days using your original payment method.
Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed hygiene products, such as skincare, cosmetics, or similar items, once opened.
Return Instructions
To request a return:

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return form.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Attach the return form and ship the product to the address provided.
Return Costs
For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For regret purchases, such as changed mind or wrong product ordered, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery.
