Countries: We currently ship to all EU countries.

Future Expansion: We are considering expanding to additional regions.

SHIPPING COSTS

Within the EU: Free shipping on all orders.

No hidden costs: All fees are clearly displayed at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, Monday to Friday.

Last Order Time: 22:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next business day.

TRANSPORT TIME

Estimated Delivery Time: 7–20 business days within the EU.

Priority Delivery Time: 5–12 business days within the EU.

Working Days: Shipments take place from Monday to Friday.

Comments: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.

SHIPPING PROCESS

Reliable Courier Services: We ship via DHL and FedEx.

Insured Shipments: All shipments are insured. Please contact our customer service in case of loss or damage during transport.

PROCEDURE FOR MISSING ITEMS

Reporting Missing Items: Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package via info@glolace.com.

Solution: We will resolve the issue as soon as possible and send a replacement item or offer a refund.

Incorrect Address: Glolace is not liable for lost packages if an incorrect address is provided at checkout. Please make sure your billing and shipping addresses are correct before placing your order.


RETURN POLICY

Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described. In that case, Glolace will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.


RESTOCKING FEES

No Restocking Fees: Glolace does not charge a restocking fee for returns.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For Defective Products

There is no cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged during shipping, or otherwise defective.

For Customer Remorse

The actual return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. This applies if the customer ordered the wrong product, the item does not fit, or the customer no longer wants the item.
